engage Discovery is the first phase of the end to end implementation services.  The activities defined in this project phase ideally start during the pre-sales cycle and extend into the project kick off.  We also offer this service to customers outside of normal projects as a form of ‘Health Check’.

Our engage Discovery service is simply about finding out what technology you use in your working environment and understanding your business processes and practices.

By asking the right questions and working with your people we will be able to identify your business needs and determine the right solution to enhance your current working environment.

Discovery sessions are conducted using the following techniques:

  • Comprehensive Online Questionnaires
  • Discovery Workshops, where we will show you the ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions components and try identify any gaps between the standard solution and your unique requirements
  • One-to-One interviews with you subject matter experts

The key objectives of the Discovery process are:

  • Gathering information about your business to provide a top line assessment of your current application landscape.
  • Building a relevant prototype and demonstrating these products to your business.
  • Discussing what we have learnt and feeding this back to you, ensuring we have captured your requirements accurately.
  • Educating your business on how Oracle Cloud based software will best work for you.
  • Introducing you to the features and functionality and start setting expectations for the project ahead.
  • Assessing and providing a proposal towards your best deployment options: on-premise, co-existence, software
