Introducing the Next Generation of Cloud Based HR Case Management Application (CMA)

Certus has designed and developed a HR Case Management application (CMA) to support the complex world of HR case management in a cost effective way.

Case Management

After many HR and Payroll implementations, we noticed a gap in the HR software market. We wanted to provide a specific solution for the UK marketplace to handle services deemed to be classified as complex HR and requiring on-going case management.

Our HR Case Management application is used by MoJ Shared Services and it provides the technology platform that services all their HR case management of 27,000 employees, National Offender Management Services of 55,000 employees and Home Office and its agencies of 20,000 employees.

What is included in our CMA:

  • Grievance
  • Investigation
  • Discipline
  • Poor Performance
  • Appeals
  • Sick Absence – grouping for long term absence, short term absence, Ill health retirement
  • Legal – grouping for Employment Tribunals, Personal injury Claims, Compromise Agreements

Our Case Management application supports all sizes of organisations through our engage methodology and engage services in central and local government, wider public service bodies, small and large multi-national organizations covering; Financial Services, Professional Services, Sports hospitality, Retail, Media, Engineering and Manufacturing industries.

Reasons why you need a CMA solution?

  • Poor HR Case Management can lead to legal challenge and significant cost for an organisation as an employer. Certus solutions’ specifically look to minimize this risk but ensuring comprehensive audit trail demonstrating legal process in relation to an employee is followed.
  • Adherence to policies. Workflows guide case managers through the process and allow for consistency and fair treatment.
  • Achieves best practise amongst case workers and allows easy consultation where case workers are not co-located.
  • Senior Management oversight to trends and early identification where there are potential hot spots.
