Offers a detailed review of a client’s current Oracle® E-Business Suite or/and Oracle Cloud Applications / Taleo installation. The aim of the health check is to provide an objective opinion in regard to the functional configuration, identifying opportunities for improvement as well as opportunities to leverage existing investment.engage® Healthcheck

In addition Certus will also provide advice and guidance in regard to upgrade strategy and identify the logical path and direction of travel in regards to Cloud Applications. 

Certus Solutions’ healthcheck is a tailored product, specific modified to address perceived client problems from the onset. The healthcheck includes:

Oracle Accelerate for Midsize Companies

  • meeting key stakeholders to understand the major business processes, future plans and any business issues they may have with the system
  • review the functional configuration, focusing on the issues identified in the stakeholder  interviews with the aim of establishing the underlying causes
  • develop recommendations for improvement (this may include changes to the application configuration, amendment of business processes, training, additional modules or third party products), clearly articulating the issue resolved and the benefits available
  • a roadmap regarding upgrades and path to HCM Cloud, again highlighting the opportunities available to the business  

engage® CX Healthcheck has been specifically designed to be undertaken quickly over a 10 day period ensuring that at the end of the engagement the client is left with a comprehensive understanding of their current position in regard to their existing Oracle platform and a set of recommendations regarding a way forward.

The outcome from an engage® CX Healthcheck will:

  • provide the client insight into the health of its system in regard to any current issues identified  
  • promote client understanding around actions it should take in the immediate, medium and long term in regard to modifications to people, process or technology, facilitating informed decision making
  • create awareness around the Oracle Cloud Applications & Taleo products providing alignment and clarity in thinking in terms of a long term direction of travel.
