Oracle E–Business Suite

The deployment of Shared Services for the management of Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll has in recent years seen massive expansion in the UK Public Sector.

All of the Certus Solutions core team and associate network have worked on the HM Prison Service Shared Services implementation – The Phoenix Programme. This involved the green-field site creation of a Shared Service Centre; Recruitment of the initial Operations team; and the deployment of the Oracle E-Business Suite. In doing so creating one of the most technologically enabled Shared Service Centres in Europe and the most technologically enabled Shared Service in central government.

Members of the Certus Solutions Senior Management Team were given complete responsibility for the delivery of Phoenix HR and the subsequent deployment of a new HR Operating Model. As a result Certus is one of the few consultancies that can truly state that they have the necessary experience of deploying the Oracle E-Business Suite into the Shared Services business environment.
